Henry is a drinks expert and an award-winning author. His writing has appeared in the Guardian, the Daily Telegraph, BBC Good Food and the Spectator, and he was the Features Editor at spirits specialists Master of Malt.
Henry has authored three books about alcohol specifically: Empire of Booze (2016), and The Home Bar (2018), and The Cocktail Dictionary (2020).
In Henry’s first book, one that we’re certainly taken with, is a loose history of Britain, cleverly and humorously told through its contributions to alcohol, charting the rise of British power from its small corner of Europe to global preeminence.
