Diego, started in the beer biz in 2011 after a trip to Boston. There he got to experience the thriving craft beer scene in the US, giving him a strong desire to replicate it back in his home country of Mexico.

Diego began by importing beer, buying his first pallet of german beer. Diego opened Hop The Beer Experience, a craft beer bar, in 2014 and Hop #2 a few years later.

Hop, The Beer Experience is composed of beer lovers learning how to keep their strong passion alive.

Diego is also certified Cicerone beer server, Pit master in process (he loves to smoke different kinds of meat) and he runs a Texas Style BBQ - to say that Diego loves food and beer, is a definite understatement.
